Sharon Alicea (née Duffy), age 66, passed away unexpectedly on September 2, 2021. Beloved mother of Eddie Alicea and his wife Michele, Jennifer Keating and her husband Michael, William Alicea, Kathleen Liberman-Alicea and her wife Miriam. Loving Grammie to Daniel, Alexander, Luke, Kasey and her best friend Lucas; and all future stars, she is their angel shining above them. Also survived by her loving sisters Audrey, Joan, Judi, Betty, Jeanette and her brother John. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Audrey Duffy and three brothers Artie, Jimmy and Joe, nephew Jason and niece Kristen. Dear aunt to numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. She will always be remembered for the great love and devotion she had for her family and friends.
A celebration of Sharon’s life will take place on Sunday, September 5th, 3-6 PM at the Beaugard-McKnight Funeral Home, 869 Kinderkamack Road, River Edge. Cremation is private.
