Mary A. (Cassidy) Finley, 88, of Pearl River, NY, formerly of Dumont, NJ, died peacefully November 6, 2021, at Joe Raso Hospice Residence, New City, NY.

Mary was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 59 years, John G. Finley. Left behind to mourn her passing are Mary’s children, Anthony (Diane), Brendan (Albert), Patrick (Gina) and Maureen Finley. Mary is also survived by her four cherished grandchildren, Kristin (Chris Huynh), Laura (Chris Frugis), Nathan and Leah Finley, and two great grandchildren, Logan and Landon Frugis.

Mary was born in County Monaghan, Ireland, to Mary (McQuaid) and John Cassidy. Mary valued her spiritual life, actively practicing her Catholic faith as a member of St. Aedan’s Church in Pearl River, NY.

The family will host a visitation Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 3-7pm at the Beaugard McKnight Funeral Home, 869 Kinderkamack Rd., River Edge, NJ. A funeral mass will follow on Friday, November 12, 2021, at 11:00am in St. Mary’s RC Church, Dumont, NJ.
