Marie Babiar (née Dugo), 95, of Oradell, NJ, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward Babiar (1998). Survived by her children, Richard (Christine) Babiar and Dawn (Marty) Gasalberti, grandchildren, Nicholas, Lauren, Lance, Dean, Brielle, and Alesandra, and great-grandchildren, Jayden, Jaxon and Ava.
Marie was born in Hackensack, NJ to Lilian (née Maloney) and Vincent Dugo. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother, and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral Mass Thursday, April 25th, 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack. All those who wish to attend the mass are asked to meet directly at the church no later than 9:45 AM. Marie will be laid to rest with her husband at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marie’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; www.stjude.org.
