Elizabeth K. Biggar (née Barrett), 77, of River Edge, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2024. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Daniel Biggar (2010). Survived by her three loving children, Michael (Beata) Biggar, James Biggar, and Samantha Gutierrez-Biggar and her devoted sister, Kathleen (Gabriel) Conway. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Anthony, Ava Elizabeth, Daniel, and Sadie.

Elizabeth was born on September 9, 1946 in County Meath, Ireland to Kathleen and Thomas Barrett. Immigrating to the United States, she became a Crossing Guard for over 20 years for the Borough of River Edge. Elizabeth will be deeply missed and loved by her cherished family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 22, 4-8 PM at the Beaugard-McKnight Funeral Home, 869 Kinderkamack Road, River Edge, NJ.

A funeral mass for Elizabeth will be held on Saturday, March 23, 10 AM at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 445 5th Ave, River Edge, NJ.  Cremation is private.
