Leona “Lee” White née Kean, originally of Equinunk, PA, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2021, at the age of 83, surrounded by her family. Born on May 14, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Grace Kean.

Lee is survived by her husband Jack Long, her sister, Lois Young, and her 3 daughters, Pamela Montanez (Jesse), Terri Harms, and Laura Jurasin (Jim). She was predeceased by her brother James Kean and her sister Leora Dumond.

While always lucky at the casino, she considered her family the greatest win of her life, having hit the jackpot with 7 grandchildren, Lisa (Jason), John, Kevin, Jen (Charles), Mike, Kyle and Brandon (Samantha), and 5 great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jake, Julianne, John and Shawn. She was also blessed with an extended family of nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

Lee’s life will be honored on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Beaugard-McKnight Funeral Home in River Edge, NJ. Visiting hours are from 4-8 pm.
