Douglas R. Levine, 64, of River Edge, NJ, died peacefully on December 9, 2021. Beloved husband of Tracy (née Teunisen). Loving father of Lauren Levine. Dear brother of Karen Andersen.
Douglas was born in New York City to Olga (née Abrams) and Alvin Levine. He had a chiropractic practice in Bergenfield, NJ.
Visiting was held on Wednesday, December 15th from 10 AM to 12 Noon, followed by a Funeral Service officiated by Pastor Stephen Sweet of Grace Lutheran Church. Douglas was laid to rest at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
