Faust R. Faustini, 95, of River Edge, passed away on July 6, 2023. Beloved husband of 66 years (July 6, 1957) to the late Mary D. Faustini (née Way)(June 1, 2023). Loving father of Thomas Faustini and Wendi LuBow. Cherished grandfather of L.J. (Marlo) LuBow, Jon (Amanda) LuBow, Alyssa (Cody) LuBow, the late Luna (2017), and great-grandfather of Hayden. Faust was also a proud uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Dear brother-in-law of Arthur Way. Faust was predeceased by his brothers, Alfred and Nando.
Faust was born in Trenton to Teresa (née Ferrante) and Enrico Faustini. He was a proud Army veteran and active with the VFW Post 8946 in Park Ridge. Faust worked first in his father’s Italian restaurant in Hackensack, then in his father’s construction company as a young man. He retired while working in computer services for Public Service of Hackensack. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and great-grandfather, and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
