Anna N. Chan, 74, of River Edged passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024. Beloved wife of Jeffrey Chan.

Anna was born in Hong Kong, China to Soo Nor Ng and Nuey Doy Ng. Immigrated to the US when she was 3 ½ years old. She was an alumnus of The City College of New York and earned a master’s degree in IT Technology from Pace University. She retired as a Switching Technician for Verizon in New York City, working there for more than three decades. In retirement, she was a member of The Book and Needle Woman’s Club in Oradell and OCA National, a Southeast Asian Civil Rights organization.

Memorial visitation Friday, August 23, 2024, 4 PM to 8 PM at the Beaugard-McKnight Funeral Home, 869 Kinderkamack Road, River Edge. A Memorial Service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Anna’s memory to a charity of your choice.
