Richard Arida, 88, of Ft. Myers, FL (formerly of River Edge), died peacefully March 23, 2019. Beloved husband of Carol Granoff Arida and the late Lorraine Arida. Devoted father of Lori Plump and her husband Steve, Lisa Corcoran and her husband Rookie and Linda Rosa and her husband Al. Cherished grandfather of Alex, Julia, Katie, Ryan, Alyssa, Brandon, and Nicole. Dear brother of Joyce Hakim. Predeceased by his brother Michael Arida.
Richard was born in Brooklyn, NY and was a realtor with Weichert Realtors of Hillsdale, NJ for many years. He was an Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.
Funeral Service Thursday, March 28th, 10 AM, St. Anthony Orthodox Church, 385 Ivy Lane, Bergenfield. Interment Brookside Cemetery, Englewood. Visiting Wednesday, March 27th, 4-8 PM at the Beaugard-McKnight Funeral Home, 869 Kinderkamack Road, River Edge.
