Eugenia “Jean” Ament, age 97, of Oradell NJ, passed away on June 30, 2022 in Monroe, NC. She was born in Garfield NJ on October 3, 1924, daughter of the late Konradt and Eva Kardash.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Ament; her granddaughter, Deborah Lynn Ament and her siblings, Eleanor Ball, Conrad Kardash and Vera Suit. Mrs. Ament is survived by her two sons, Leonard Ament (Barbara) and Gregory Ament; her grandchildren, Christine Hawks and Ryan Ament (Jenny); her great-grandchildren, Courtney Hawks, Kensey Hawks, Ethan Ament and Gabriel Ament.

She worked at The Record in Hackensack NJ for many years and retired from Main Lock in Hackensack, NJ

Service will be held on Saturday, July 9, beginning at 10 A.M. at Christ the Savior Orthodox Church, Paramus.  Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
