Claire J. Myrie (née Phillips), 75, of Teaneck, NJ, died peacefully on April 11, 2022. Beloved wife of Antonio Myrie. Loving mother of Winston and Bridgette Fleming, Carl and Marie Campbell, Kishroy and Sheka Myrie, and Antoinette Callam. Cherished grandmother of Keyshawn and Jariah Myrie, Jayden and Nathan Campbell. Dear sister of Lawrence and Leroy Littleton, Allan and Morris Phillips, Cynthia Williams, Lesbie, Dolrene and Georgia Phillips. Predeceased by siblings, Dervin and Arnold Phillips.
Claire was born in St. Mary, Devon Pen, Jamaica to Imogene (née Sherrife) and Ronald Phillips. She was a school teacher in Jamaica for many years, prior to immigrating to the United States.
Visiting Friday, April 29th, 5-9 PM at the Beaugard-McKnight Funeral Home, 869 Kinderkamack Road, River Edge. Funeral Service Saturday, April 30th, 11 AM at the Wyckoff Assembly of God Church, 139 Franklin Avenue, Wyckoff. All those who plan on attending the service are asked to meet directly at the church. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
